ICI International Culinary Arts School

Based in Luzern, in the heart of Europe, ICI is the culinary arm of the prestigious IMI International Management Institute. We offer a Bachelor’s degree in International Culinary Arts with a paid internship placement. Our approach to gastronomy is hands-on and we draw our inspiration from a wide variety of culinary traditions. You will be taught by a team of expert professionals who will instil you with a passion for food and a desire for excellence in all aspects of culinary practice.

    Chef Cemil has worked professionally in Turkey, Dubai, Australia and Switzerland and has over eight years' experience with the world-renowned Hyatt Hotels Group. He has a Swiss degree in hotel and restaurant management so is well-placed to support our students.

International Culinary Arts

Bachelor Degree Programme in International Culinary Arts
ICI has programmes from Certificate to BA Degree (with Honours) in International Culinary Arts. Our courses offer students expert practical training alongside the management skills they need to excel in this field. Paid internships are organised by our Careers team in some of the top kitchens either in Switzerland or abroad.

Gastronomy Production Short-Course
ICI International Culinary Institute, part of IMI International Management Institute Switzerland, is delighted to present a new, practical-based, culinary short-course, offering students a great introduction to key kitchen skills and food production techniques. Led by IMI’s experienced team of culinary lecturers, students will take away an understanding of ingredient sourcing, flavour appreciation and professional kitchen production skills.
