We offer a Bachelor’s degree in International Culinary Arts with a paid internship placement. Chef Cemil has worked professionally in Turkey, Dubai, Australia and Switzerland and has over eight years' experience with the world-renowned Hyatt Hotels Group. He has a Swiss degree in hotel and restaurant management so is well-placed to support our students.
Mr. Currie is from Scotland and is the head of all undergraduate programmes at IMI International Management Institute Switzerland. With many years in the industry specialising in F&B, he still enjoys teaching both our culinary and hospitality students.
